Beachfront apartment with spectacular ocean views.

With views to die for, this apartment is perfectly located in one of the most sort after locations on Phillip Island. Only a 5 min walk to Cowes main street with it's array of restaurants, cafe's & shops, a 3 min walk to beautiful Cowes swimming beach, which is patrolled during the summer season, or a 1 min stroll to the very safe swimming beach right in front of the apartment, perfect for small children. In the summer time, sit on the balcony and enjoy the breeze whilst watching the stunning sunsets. Go for long evening or morning strolls along stunning beaches & maybe even see a dolphin, seal or whale. Leave the bedroom window open at night in the summer & go to sleep to the sound of the water gently lapping the beach only 80 meters away, or enjoy being snug in the winter with double glazed windows & double blinds helping you stay warm inside.

The apartment is modest but comfortable with all the usual items to help make your stay enjoyable including cutlery & crockery, cooking utensils, a family sized fridge/freezer, TV, stove/oven, washing machine, vacuum cleaner & other basic items.

The location of the apartment makes it easy to explore Cowes & the rest of the island. Swimming, surfing, mini golf, indoor rock climbing, ten pin bowling, koala park, penguins, seal tours, go karts, the famous Phillip Island race track, amazing cafe's, ice-cream shops & restaurants. There's lots to see & do for both adults and kids all within easy walking or driving distance.

Clean and well furnished unit with ocean views.A friend and I stayed for the Phillip Island Motor GP and the unit was perfect. Its an older one but well maintained and comfortable - close to the shops and the bus to the GP.

I stayed here with my husband and two children during the January holidays. It is an excellent second-storey apartment in a quiet block of flats right on the foreshore. The location is absolutely amazing and we walked to the beach and into town every day. The host was very welcoming and communicated quickly and clearly. The property has been nicely renovated, was very clean and was nicely presented. The property does not have air-conditioning which could be uncomfortable on very hot days, but we found that opening the windows to the sea-breeze and using the provided stand fans was sufficient for our stay. It also does not have wi-fi, which was a slight misunderstanding based on my assumption of a comment on the Stayz app and was not at all the fault of the host or the listing. Overall, a very nice place to stay which we would return to on future family holidays in Cowes!
