Quiet and clean spacious apartment with side entry gate and door. This property comes with a kitchenette - coffee machine, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. No stove please. We have a central heating and cooling system each room comes with a mobile heater and fan for your convenience. The laundry room contains a washer and dryer for your convenience. Across the laundry room is a closet containing an ironing board, electric iron, a laundry basket and clean towels. The living room is equipped with a large TV for your entertainment, a mini refrigerator and a dinning table with chairs. The entertainment system has a guest access to enable you enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix.
We have a 3-in-1 bin for garbage disposals besides the little bins provided in each space for your convenience,
The bedrooms are equipped with Double sized beds and clean sheets. Washroom is central to the basement and shared by both rooms when occupied separately.
Our comfortable and tastefully furnished bedrooms come with black-out blinds to help you sleep through the night even in summer.
