Great stay. Right by everything

This house is spacious. It is right next to all the attractions in Osage beach. Close to all the pool bars, the state park. House was clean and owners were very good and responsive!

Check in was smooth, communication with owners was great. Any questions or issues were resolved quickly. A/c works very good! Dock is great! We recovered the plastic pedal boat and used it. Highly recommend to bring your own water toys. Owners have great communication back and forth.

What a nice setting

The house had a little property. We saw countless deer off the deck. The cove was quiet. House was clean and we had a great time.

For being charged 300 for a cleaning fee was disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. One shower had areas of mildew/mold, trash left in couple of rooms, number of areas needed dusted.

Quiet getaway

My family and I really enjoyed our stay.There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own bedroom. It was very quiet and peaceful which is just what we wanted/needed. It was so nice sitting out overlooking the lake. The location was pretty close to everything. On the negative side of things, I believe it had been a long time since the place was checked out. The dishwasher was full of dishes(clean). The cabinets and fridge had quite a bit if items in them. The sink had sitting water that was smelling (the owner did have someone out right away to fix the problem). I am making recommendations to the owner to add more lighting outside.
