Sun Peaks Ski In Ski Out suite

As new owners of the Bear Cub Suite, we are excited to share our newly renovated space with you. With brand-new appliances, quality linens, and a fully equipped kitchen, this cozy suite has everything you need for your stay. It has a queen Murphy bed which converts to the dining table when not in use. There is also a double sofa bed.
It is an entry-level studio situated at the back of the Timberline property, providing privacy and backing onto a serene forested area. There is a private patio area with outdoor seating in the summer.
Amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi, a 50" smart TV with streaming services, heated kitchen and bathroom flooring, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, and basic kitchen supplies. A Keurig coffee machine with starter pods is provided.
There is ski storage, & free parking onsite for one vehicle. Further parking available in P5, a short walk away.
The suite has an enviable location that offers ski-in access via the Gentle Giant ski run.
Its just a short walk out to join the Gentle Giant down to the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts

The perfect spot for our six-night visit to Sun Peaks. The unit was clean, well equipped, and close to everything: restaurants, shopping, and the village base (including the Sundance and Sunburst ski lifts). The Murphy bed was extremely comfortable. There’s a path that takes you from the door to the Gentle Giant ski trail. It’s about a 150-m walk before you can put on your skis and glide down to the lifts. Highly recommended for couples. We hope to return.

Stayed here in August while mountain biking. Great little place, very clean and close to everything. Catherine was great host, even left coffee and snacks in the unit for me. Great experience, would stay here again.

We were happy with the location of the unit which was within easy walking distance to the lifts and village. We liked having a private entrance with a patio area that backs onto the forest. There was plenty of space to park our truck in the above ground lot. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Our host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This place looks exactly like the photo. A skier's paradise. From the T-Bar at the bottom of the hill, you can ski within a 1-minute walk of the building. The host was so helpful, always there to answer questions. Wi-Fi was fast! At one point, I needed an Ethernet cable, and it showed up at the door a few hours later. The host left a Brita of filtered water for me. The Murphy Bed was so comfortable. There was a large TV, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was a box of chocolates and several other treats for a tired traveler. I was at Sun Peaks for a ski camp and had a great experience. I felt like I had a nice, warm home to come back to and prepare for the next day. There were both a pod and a traditional coffee maker. I got some fresh beans from Blue Bird and had French-ground coffee each morning. This little studio gem was a 6 out of 5!
