The room was easily accessible and close to all that Point Lookout offers, however, it is underneath another unit and the sound from the upstairs floor comes through clearly to this unit (children's footsteps and pacing adult in the middle of the night!).

The location so close to the surf beach worked very well for us. Also perfect for eateries, whale watching and walks in Point Lookout. It was a bit dark inside due to a broken blind that was permanently down but otherwise everything was excellent. The studio was very clean and it was obvious that it had been renovated very recently.
