The fenced area exudes a touch of romance. The garden impresses with several, spatially separated areas and offers plenty of space for quiet moments. A pergola with barbecue area is just as much a part of it as a heated pool with a covered pergola with garden furniture. The in-house parking lot for 2 cars offers additional security.
The house has a total of more than 200 m² of living space on 3 floors and offers enough space for 2 families (max. 8 people). The equipment is very high quality and was chosen by the owner himself.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a subsequent dining area. The living room has a flat screen TV with satellite reception (FRG; AT; SK, CZ). In addition to a toilet, there is also a tastefully decorated bathroom on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and an extra toilet. In the 2nd Upstairs there are 2 children's rooms with 2 single beds each. WLAN with Internet is available for guests.
