Enjoy your time in Toronto by staying in your own little cozy private space! Newly renovated Jr 1 bedroom basement unit offers a comfy stay - bedroom, private bathroom & kitchenette/dinning/living room. New appliances, furniture, painting, flooring, countertop, bathroom toilet/sink
Independent street access from the house right side, via a staircase. This unit is located in the basement of our house; we live in the main floor.
Quiet suburban vibe, 6 min walk from Eglinton Ave W. and 10 min walk from Dufferin St. 10 min. bus ride to Eglinton West subway station (35 min downtown via public transit)
8 min walk from No Frills supernarket;
Equipped with a kitchenette containing a double hot plate, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, small full fridge, this unit suits 1 person/couple (adults preferred) only requiring light cooking. Basic cooking tools, dinning ware and cutlery are provided. Some coffee/tea is provided as a courtesy but you will have to buy your own after it is finished
The bedroom contains a queen bed, 2 nightstands, a wardrobe, a desk and office chair and a smart 32" TV. 2 sets of linens and towels, a few cloth hangers and storage containers are provided. Some shower gel/shampoo/conditioner are provided to get you started but feel free to buy your own.
No laundry on site (Laundromat- 6 min walk).
Street parking available.
No pets.
No smoking/drug use in premises. No parties.
Please be respectful of residents/neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
Kindly keep the unit clean and tidy. Some cleaning suppliers are provided.
