The host was in regular contact, was welcoming and informative and helpful. The accommodation was a great location for our concert at Suncorp stadium in regard to public transport. The accommodation had everything we needed from supplies in the kitchen to the bathroom. The accommodation was a good size and clean with the two bedrooms for myself and my sister. Would recommend.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this property, especially for families. After a 20-hour flight from Zurich with two children, we were unable to get even an hour of sleep. The apartment has zero window or door insulation; it literally felt like we were standing on the motorway. Every vehicle sounded like it was inside the room with us and it did not stop the whole time. This noise issue was not disclosed in the description, and the host has refused to refund us despite the property being unfit for purpose. We had to flee to Sydney to our family the next morning just to find a place where we could physically recover and sleep. The property was booked for two weeks, and we left the next morning.

Thank you so much to our host, Michael. He made our stay so much easier and his communication with us was timely and seamless. The apartment was exactly what we were looking for, clean, tidy, convenient and most importantly comfortable. Incredible!

I stayed at the Art hiuse with my little family this past week. We were welcomed into not only a clean apartment that was beautifully styled but with sourdough, fresh eggs, a few spreads, and a generous host. We admired the art on the wall, the lovely surroundings and being in close proximity to everything. We would happily stay there again and couldnt have chosen a better place for our accommodation while visiting Brisbane. Thank you Michael for being such an incredible host!

Michael was an amazing host. He made us feel at home and at ease. He was very kind and provided some foods and some fresh eggs from the chickens at the complex. I would say bringing you g kids here was intimidating with all the artwork. Luckily my kids aren't too handsy but definitely something for others to be aware of.
