The location is fantastic- close to town, access to a small beach by the river, and a cute and cozy studio.There are a few things to know about the location. It’s right next to two other properties, so there’s limited privacy. Also the studio feels a bit like a fishbowl. There are a lot of windows, but the curtains aren’t the right sizes or placed well, making it feel a bit like you are on display.The hotplate was adequate, but a true set of burners would be much better. A washer and dryer would be a huge step up.All in all, really great. I’d definitely rent it again.
