About this property
XXL 120m2 apartment + parking
A unique apartment because of its large space, where every room is so big. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, there are also pantry and terrace not shown on pictures. Free parking place in the yard is a big plus. Bus stop, 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, newsstand and exchange office are located on a few steps. Connection with other parts of the city is good with bus lines 47, 94, 503, 504, 507 as well as night line 47N (from Republic Square), also near is Beovoz rail.
The apartment contains of living room, kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, hallway, bathroom, pantry and terrace. Entire place is just for you, no sharing with anyone else.
Electricity, water, TV, internet, heating and all other taxes are included in the price - no extra charges.
Open for long-term stays and remote workers (working desk, mouse, keyboard, extension cable are provided).
We are doing registration of residence of foreigners instead of you for free (if you need that).
Minimum is 3 nights stay. We have flexible check in (any time), check out until 12PM.
PRICE IS 80€ per night regardless of number of guests (maximum 4); monthly discount is 5%.
