Amenities were poorly maintained. The outside laundry area is both dusty and weedy, the gas oven only ignited once, the lounge rug is not clean, the small table in the lounge is rickety, wi-fi is extremely slow and tv buffers constantly, the door to the bathroom isn't hung properly and drags across the floor, etc
