About this property

Seaforth Seaforth Oasis | Home in Sydney with mineral pool!

Nestled on Sydney's stunning Northern Beaches, Seaforth strikes a rare balance between natural serenity and urban connectivity. This prestigious harbourside suburb is renowned for its leafy streets, architectural homes, and sweeping views across Middle Harbour. Residents enjoy a relaxed yet sophisticated lifestyle, with easy access to boutique cafes, quality schools and scenic walking trails - including the iconic Spit Bridge to Manly track.

Whether it's launching a kayak from nearby Clontarf Beach, indulging in waterfront dining, or commuting to the CBD in under 30 minutes, Seaforth offers an enviable blend of coastal charm and city convenience. Perfect for families, professionals, or anyone seeking space and tranquillity without compromising on connection.

This 1940s home blends vintage character with everyday comfort. With a king master bedroom, queen bedroom & a cosy single, and a prized northern aspect that floods the interiors with natural light, it’s a sun-drenched sanctuary perfect for relaxed Sydney living.

Core Features & Benefits

• Beautiful Northern-facing home with sunlight shining through the outdoor living area & into the kitchen.

• An in-ground magnesium mineral-filled pool for your use, with a toilet at the end of the pool for convenience.

• Double car garage for your convenience.

• There is an additional air-conditioned room downstairs underneath the driveway, which is a separate dwelling to the house, great place to be able to work remotely from the house! There is also a sun room to the front left of the house as you enter, which has been set up as an office.

• Double brick walls & lots of features from the 1940s.

• One of the only houses on the street which were built in the 1940s.

• Exclusively managed by Property Providers - an award-winning, locally licensed agency and active member of REINSW and Australian Short Term Rental Association (ASTRA).

Top Five Things the Owners Love About Their Home

1. North-Facing Sunlight All Day - The expansive rear deck and garden are perfectly positioned to catch the sun from dawn to dusk. It’s the ultimate spot for reading, entertaining or simply recharging in peace.

2. Private Mineral Pool with Palm-Framed Views - Our healthy mineral pool is not only easy on the skin — it’s a refreshing centrepiece surrounded by lush greenery that makes every dip feel like a holiday.

3. Californian Bungalow Charm, Thoughtfully Renovated - We’ve restored the original character of this beautiful home while introducing modern touches for comfort and style — from timber floors and high ceilings to updated interiors that flow outdoors.

4. Tranquil Living with Urban Convenience - It’s private and serene, yet just moments from shops, schools, beaches and transport. You get the best of both worlds — a peaceful retreat with everything close by.

5. A Walkable, Lifestyle-Focused Location - We love being able to stroll to cafes, grab essentials, or jump on a bus to the city or beaches. The location makes everyday living feel effortless.

Home Truths

• The property is located on a main road; however, due to the double brick wall, you can not hear the noise at all! Note: The road out the front is a clear way until 10 am, so parking is limited to the provided 2-car driveway or the opposite side of the street. You can also park in Baringa Road.

• There are around 8 - 10 steps down from the driveway / main road to the entrance of the house.

• The air conditioning separate dwelling downstairs can sometimes struggle to turn on / off.

• The property has a solar system installed & alarm, although as suggested, this should remain off, but both systems rely on the installed internet.

• The condensing dryer needs to have the tank emptied.

• There are new image's coming, these images are from early 2025 & since then the property has undergone new works and fresh plants to create ultimate privacy.

• In the separate dwelling downstairs from the carport, the room has a lounge which can be converted into a sofa lounge - queen bed.
