Was exceptable for price. I didn't like no top sheets on beds. Mattresses not good for my back. No wood.

Thanks for your feedback. We always make the beds for our guests. We put on one flat sheet, followed by a donna and a donna cover. There are 2 pillows and their covers on the queen bed. Some guests like their mattress firm, some like it firm. We have a firm mattress and a soft pad on top. Our choice of firmness of the beds was based on guest feedback as we operate this for 10 years already. We will continue to listen and try to improve.

At our choice we arrived an hour after check-in time and the accommodation was still being clean. Contact with the property manage took 24 hours for a response to be received. There were basic amenities, for example no extra linen (blankets) which was disappointing when it was cold. Perhaps leave instructions on the air-con would have been helpful. Would I stay again, a big no!
