"Cozy Cottage" Where Small is the New Spacious!
Charming 20 x 24-foot getaway (480 square feet). Two bedrooms (10 X 10 foot each), kitchen/living room combined and a washroom with shower (no washer or dryer). The view is amazing, the inside has been completely repainted, new siding, new deck, new electrical and we take pride in cleanliness. We say: "It’s not tiny, it’s efficient." Bonus for the months of Jan and Feb, the cottage comes with fully operational ice shack (8x10) on the river across the street (ice thickness dependent).
