Please note guests will need to climb two sets of stairs to reach the apartment as there is no lift in the building.

Please be sure to leave the property in an orderly condition when checking out. Our cleaning team may need to charge guests for additional time if there is excessive mess or rubbish.

Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We do not replenish these during your visit.

No parties and no smoking. If you disrespect this rule there will be penalty fees.
Please ensure doors are locked each time you leave.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a fee of up to $250 will apply.
Please be conscious of your waste/recycling and remove all perishable food from the fridge.
Please return one set of keys to the lockbox upon checkout or a fee of up to $80 will apply.
