Welcome to our family home. We are a young active mountain family with a passion for nature and our mountain ecosystems and our surrounding parkland. We built this house in DMF ten years ago and have loved living in this little community ever since. Being a host definitely helps us face the rising costs of living in the Bow Valley.

Why they chose this property

We love that this Rivers bend neighbourhood is a step a way from the "busyness" of Canmore and Banff yet close enough to access everything. We also love the rustic nature trails and beaches along the river and the nearby Three Sisters Campground.

What makes this property unique

The suite is on the main floor (aka only one step) and very private. We love that this friendly community of Rivers Bend has a little library (at the playground), a community garden and community outdoor rink as well as lots of local rustic trails to explore.
