The host was very easy to deal with and very responsive, however the property was not very clean and the main bedroom in particular has a mouse problem (we purchased mouse traps and caught three mice during the week). There was no gas in the bbq when we went to use it, they did fill it however when we needed it was empty.

The BBQ gas has now been added to our pre-arrival checklist so it’s always ready for guests. Great communication. Good location lake front. Great value. Friendly host. We left our belongings and Sam informed us quickly.We enjoyed our overnight stay at the spacious house. Also thank for the thoughtful games for some good family fun. Lots of living spaces indoor and outdoor.House needs some improvements though. For example one of the beds needs replacing. It's lost its spring and shape. Couple of doors need fixing.
