Situated on the ground floor of a secure residential complex with an indoor swimming pool, this fully equipped duplex flat features a living area with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a toilet, and a lovely terrace with a hot tub. The beach is right on your doorstep, accessible via a small private path. You’ll also have access to parking spaces with charging points for electric vehicles.

The accommodation:
With a floor area of 46 m², this duplex can accommodate up to 5 people.
Ground floor:
- Living area with TV corner and sofa bed, kitchen area equipped with hobs, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and Senseo coffee machine. Two bar stools allow you to use the high table for a coffee break!
- Shower room with toilet.

First floor:
A spiral staircase leads up to the sleeping area.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed, TV and some storage space
- Bedroom 2: bunk beds comprising a 140 double bed at the bottom and a 90 single bed at the top
- A small utility room with a washing machine.
For babies: A high chair and travel cot are available on request.
Facilities: Iron and ironing board (on request)

Outdoors:
- A lovely 12m² south-east-facing wooden terrace furnished with a dining table for your meals and aperitifs, as well as a hot tub for you to relax in after a day of sightseeing.

In the residential complex:
- Access to the communal indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, and its terrace with sea views.
- Access to the beach via a small private path equipped with an outdoor shower.
- A parking space is available, complete with a charging point for electric vehicles.

Neighbourhood:
Boasting an exceptional location, this flat is situated in Le Grau d’Agde within a private residential complex with direct access to the beach.
It is a 5–10-minute drive from the port of Cap d’Agde, with its restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours, shops and the Ferris wheel, as well as the Île des Loisirs, Luna Park and its nightclubs.
This location is ideal for a wonderful holiday.

Transport:
Private parking space within the residential complex with an automatic gate, and free public parking nearby. Public transport nearby: a bus stop just a few metres away.

We have additional accommodation available in this residential complex if you need to accommodate several families or groups of friends in the same place. We offer the following properties: Ares, Zephyr, Artemis, Le Littoral and Villa Hestia. Each property can be booked separately.

€10 per person. Towels are not provided. Non-smoking accommodation.
