Overall a nice property to stay at. Easy to check in. We had troubles with the thermostat and trying to turn on the cooling system so we couldn’t use the bottom bedroom as the room was way too hot. Meaning 2 guests had to share an upstairs room. Small thermostat in dining room was also flashing that filters were needing to be changed. Was in contact with the owner with instructions but still wasn’t able to cool down the place as seems like the system was locked. Luckily fans were available and the weather was cool. Would be a huge concern if weather was warmer though. Would suggest providing hand soap in bathrooms though and paper towel/napkins in case guests need to use them! Also providing the gate code to take out the trash as those services were locked up and instructions were given to take out trash at end of stay. Place was very clean though and nice to have an espresso machine in house!

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this property. The space was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location that made it easy to explore the area.We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host. The kitchen was generously stocked with coffee, tea, and snacks, which made us feel very welcome.A couple of the check-in and Wi-Fi instructions were a bit unclear at first, but whenever we reached out, the host responded very quickly and was always helpful.One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, which we understand is common in BC. During our stay in July, the house did get quite warm, even with the windows open and fans running. That said, fans were provided in each bedroom, which we appreciated.Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
