About this property
Moa Luxe by Stay Waiheke
Summary:
Moa Luxe is a modern, spacious island retreat set between Oneroa and Blackpool beaches, offering two beautifully designed homes with warm timber interiors, generous outdoor living, and views toward native bush and the sea. With peaceful surroundings and thoughtful design, it’s a private and comfortable base for a relaxed Waiheke stay.
The Space:
Moa Luxe by Stay Waiheke brings together two self-contained dwellings, the main house and Moa Runga, each designed for calm, comfortable living with light, open interiors and seamless connection to outdoor spaces.
The main house is centred around two warm, inviting living rooms with timber ceilings, large windows, and sliding doors that open to the deck. The lounge areas are set up for slow afternoons, shared meals, and evenings unwinding together, and the open-plan layout makes it easy to move between the living spaces, dining area, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen. From the deck, you can look out over the surrounding landscape and enjoy outdoor seating areas that feel sheltered and private.
Two bedrooms sit within the main house, including a master suite with its own ensuite and a second double bedroom positioned on the lower level. Both rooms receive good natural light and open toward greenery, making them restful spaces after a day exploring the island. The bathrooms in the main house are finished to a high standard, with clean tilework and contemporary fittings.
Moa Runga sits a short distance up the hill from the main house. This standalone villa offers complete privacy and its own generous views, surrounded by native planting and elevated outlooks. Inside, the open-plan layout feels bright and modern, and the bedroom and bathroom are beautifully finished, creating an ideal retreat for guests who want their own quiet space. The villa’s deck is a peaceful spot to sit outdoors, read, or enjoy easy morning light with views across the treetops.
Together, the two dwellings create a flexible setup for families, couples, and small groups travelling together while still wanting individual space.
