The place was very clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. It was also conveniently located, which made everything easier during my trip. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others. I’d be happy to stay again!

We stayed at the VRBO in Calgary for 5 nights. Our check in was difficult, instructions vague, and we waited 15 min outside the locked door waiting for a reply from the host. While there is a kitchen, it is not adequately stocked to cook a meal, forcing us to eat out. The ability to cook was why we booked a place with a kitchen at all. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows were not and bedroom lighting was one bedside light. We raised our issues with the host within 24 hrs and they did not resolve the issues to our satisfaction.

I am sure this is a nice apartment, but this was the oddest VRBO experience I have ever had.I booked this apartment a few months ago. When I was getting ready for my trip, I discovered that the host had switched apartments. I only found out the day before my arrival when I contacted the host to confirm the entry details from my reservation and was told they would not work. When I checked the listing, I realized it was now a completely different apartment in a different location, on a different floor, with different entry instructions.The two apartments were comparable, but I had specifically booked the original unit because it was in the same building as someone I was visiting. Because of that, I wanted to cancel.I called VRBO directly to handle this given how odd the situation was. They were excellent. Their customer service team was very helpful and arranged a different accommodation for me. The replacement was more expensive, but VRBO covered the additional cost.In the end, everything worked out well. So, this is not really a review of the apartment itself. Rather, it is a review of the experience of not being able to stay in the apartment I originally booked.
