Good location on the very quiet end of hatteras right near the ferry and graveyard of the Atlantic museum. The condo has a great balcony facing the grass and sound, so it’s pretty private. We came to like calling the place home. I will say, though, there is nothing but bare minimum in the condo. You should bring your own comforter cause the one left is torn up and very old. We were SO glad we had our own. The towels left for guests are very small and scratchy- again, SO glad we had brought ours from home. You’ll also need every toiletry including hand soap and extra toilet paper. The housekeeper will leave dish soap but no sponge. There’s a cooktop with one working burner (no stove). Drip coffee pot and also a Keurig are available, which is nice. The property also has a free laundry room and the hosts leave a little laundry soap- also nice. But we didn’t use the laundry room so I cannot comment. For the record, the condo itself is clean and free from critter, but we did see roaches on the property grounds and corridors, especially at night. “Just Enough” is aptly named, but if you bring all the gear it’s a lovely place to stay in a good location if you want a peaceful time at the beach.
