We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and having the chef come to prepare dinner was an incredible experience, the meal was outstanding. The host was extremely attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We even had a small ceremony at the property, and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and make everything feel effortless. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this place.

One of the most beautiful rentals we have ever stayed at! The service is beyond expectations with Eugenia as the manager who provides a wealth of valuable recommendations (all spot on!), Dora the maid who cleans every day and Argie the delightful chef who cooked our breakfast every morning with an array of delicious dishes. Even though the location is not in the main town of Fira it was in the middle of the island and perfect for exploring. The living spaces inside and out were beautiful and comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Nice property, misleading location.

My only complaint is that on the VRBO website, it showed the location of the property in the center of Fira, whereas in actuality, it is located around 3 km south of Fira, and is not particularly convenient to restaurants or sites.

Incredible - felt like we were family guests

We have stayed in hundreds of verbos and we cannot recall better communication and assistance and attentiveness from the people we rented from. Eugenia was on top of every need from when we booked to when we planned to while we were there. Made us feel SO welcome. We plan to go back for a longer stay - it’s worth it. And quietly away from the towns yet only five minutes away. Wonderful

Absolutely Amazing

Eugenia is beyond accommodating. She helped arrange everything for us and self delivered any supplies that was necessary. She even helped us find a babysitter prior to our stay. The breakfast was beyond anything we ever expected. This property is honestly better than pictured and we all had a wonderful stay. We honestly cannot wait to return.

5 day trip to Santorini

We stayed with a group of 6 people in this house. A spacious and beautiful place, near the airport with a great open view and the ocean in the background. The swimming pool was perfect for realxing and cooling down. The service around our trip and villa was top-notch. Eugenia did a great job in preperation of the trip but also during our stay in the villa. She took the time for all questions, was available when needed and very friendly. The chef for breakfast did a great job as well. Good and fresh food and variation throughout the week. Very nice. In the end a great choice to book this villa for our stay.

Great hosting and property

Let me start with Eugenia, she is best host we have encountered in any stays so far. She was in contact with sevaral days before arrival, helped with various tours and dinner reservations. She went above and beyond to make my wife birthday celebrations with cake and baloons. She was there for any help we needed. The stay came with a private chef Mr.Argiris making breakfast every morning with local dishes mixed with traditional. This along with the maid Mrs. Dora made us extra luxurious. The people made a big difference added with the amazing property with a great view and pool. We had an amazing 3 nights and will defintely stay here again. The rooms are well spread across and lots of outdoor sitting areas with great views.

8 Friends Greece Bound

There were 4 couples traveling through Greece and Santorini was our 2nd stop of 3. The property was great and had plenty of room for us to spread out. The outdoor area was fantastic. Eugenia and Dora were hands down the jewel of the property. Eugenia arranged for anything we needed and was just a phone call away. Dora made us a wonderful breakfast every day, did laundry for us when needed and kept the property very clean. Both always had a smile on! The only complaints we had were the shower head in downstairs bathroom was not secured to the wall and there was pretty much no storage for 1 of the upstairs bedrooms. Suitcase valets would have been helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and Eugenia and Dora made it over the top.

Amazing Retreat in Santorini

We had an amazing experience staying at the Villa! Every communication with the property management company was stellar. The Villa is located short distance to Fira and a great commute to other small villages. The location is perfectly situated, the grounds, views and property were stellar. Eugenia, our concierge was amazing. She provided some amazing suggestions and was able to arrange some truly memorable and magical experiences. She was able to arrange some amazing private tours, great private shuttles and a great chef to cook at the Villa one night. She also arranged a DJ for one afternoon. We cannot say enough positive things about the property location and of course Eugenia. Dora, the cleaning person was fantastic as well. We would stay at this location again without hesitation. There were three couples in our group and we fell in love with Santorini. Thank you!!!

Lovely vacation spot

We had a lovely time in this villa and the biggest part of that was how fantastic Eugenia was. She was such a lovely person, so attentive, always available by message, gave us excellent recommendations, and truly went out of her way for our group in every way possible. We would come back for her alone. We loved the morning breakfast provided by the chef. So much incredible food and it kept us full all day long. It was also so nice to have a house keeper come in daily to clean. The location of the home was perfect. Close to Fira but felt so private and you had so much space. The house is beautiful. We definitely had a few hiccups with things in the house (for eg. availability of hot water for 4 people staying at one time), but anything we had an issue with Eugenia was there to try to help or provide a solution. And the space is huge with so many incredible places to sit and relax, especially in the backyard around the pool, with a great view. Overall, the trip wouldn’t have been the same without Eugenia and we highly recommend her as a concierge!

Nice House in an Ok location

House and pool were nice and generally as represented. It was clean and had good air conditioning. Property manager assisted with getting transportation which was necessary due to location and any cars arranged were triple what the local cabs cost. Location was just not good--on the highway so lots of highway noise, an aggressive dog that cornered my family every time we walked in or out and looked to need its shots, no view/certainly not as represented, too far from Fira and beaches. If you do not have a car, this is not the place for you. Walking is on the highway and dangerous. The housekeeper (who was really nice btw) was not so much an added plus but required because the septic system has issues. Bathrooms were substandard and smell emanating from the shower periodically made us concerned about water contamination. And the septic is right next to the pool and smelled pretty bad. Additional fees were also requested. It was adequate but we wouldn't recommend it unless you have a car, bring lots of bottled water and don't want the Santorini views.

Dear Ted & Emily, Greetings from the A & V Sea View Villa. First of all we would like to thank you once again for choosing our property for your vacation. We are happy that we had the chance to welcome you in the A&V Sea View Villa and offer our services. Please allow me to address some of the points that apparently were not up to your expectations. The cars and drivers arranged were always Mercedes Benz Vito 9 seater vans with English speaking drivers and always arrived at your door within 30 minutes. Local taxis can transport up to 4 people, while your group was larger than that. In any case the costs of each transfer were communicated to you and confirmed before each transportation took place. Regarding the location: The villa is located in the end of a private road about 300 meters from the main road. The view of the villa is of the east coast of the island and exactly as presented in the photos. The villa and the photos do not advertise the view of the cliffsides of the caldera at any point. Regarding your comment of the septic being next to the swimming pool and causing a smell – this is not the case as the villa is connected to the island’s central waste system and does not have a septic tank. Finally, you comment regarding additional fees being requested to you is misleading. According to the VRBO policy the cost of the villa is depended on the amount of people staying in the villa. All these details were explained prior to your arrival in your extensive communication with our reservation department. All the above having been said, we are sorry that your overall experience in Santorini was not what you expected, yet at the same time we strongly feel the property and its staff did not underdeliver in any aspect as promised and advertised. Aegean gem in the middle of Atlantis - search no more!

We stayed a solid three weeks and could not have had a more perfect time. Our host/concierge was attentive and a wealth of local knowledge which allowed us to have an even more memorable experience because we lived as locals. We were a family of five, but my sister and her fiancé joined us a week in. The guest house was perfect in that it allowed us to have privacy while still getting together in the back yard by the pool for meals, sunrises and relaxation. The house came with staff, which was a pleasant surprise. Dora is the sweetest house keeper and she even surprised us one morning with breakfast cakes - simply delicious! Speaking of delicious, the villa is also staffed with two brilliant chefs who wowed us each morning with the most amazing display of generosity and abundance of food. It was a magical way to begin each morning and each morning they out did each other. The villa itself is wonderfully private and we didn’t hear any street noises at all. In fact, the only noises we heard were pigeons and roosters which if I am honest, added to the ambiance. Finally, the location was perfect. We found ourselves centrally located with the ability to walk to the local cafe each morning for a Greek coffee or a frappe - and a delicious authentic Greek restaurant called Neon within easy walking distance. For 2-5 people, I recommend you rent a car, but when we needed more capacity, our host gladly organized transfers in air conditioned sprinter vans.

Amazing Santorini villa with perfect service

We had a wonderful time during our stay at the AV Seaview Villa - from the villa itself, the amenities, the location and the fantastic service, everything was simply terrific. We had great communication prior to our arrival with Konstantinos, and he arranged our transfer from the airport. We were able to check in early, and were provided with a tour of the villa and orientation to the island by Eugenia, who greeted us with a pitcher of fresh lemonade and strawberries! She went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. She was always available via What's App, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and activities. It was like having a personal concierge on speed dial! We spent relaxing mornings poolside, enjoying the sun and surroundings, and explored the island from Pyrgos to Oia. The location of the villa in Mesaria was close to the airport and port, and quick drives to the other local villages, without being overwhelmed by tourists. Santorini is as beautiful as you see in the postcards, and it was so nice to return each night to our very own luxury villa. The accommodations were prefect for us - my husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary with a group of friends - we are all in our 50's and have stayed in all kinds of places all over the world. We tend to prefer things a bit off the beaten path that feel more like home, and this villa was definitely one of our favorite stays ever. If you want your own little slice of heaven when you visit Santorini, definitely book the AV Seaview Villa!

Our family of 9 had an incredible stay that offered all the comforts of home. The layout is perfect for large groups , featuring an outdoor seating area .Having a private pool and a hot tub an added bonus . Since we visited during the off season , the air was a bit cool but the hospitality more than made up for it .What really set this experience apart was the service . Our host , Eugenia , was absolutely amazing - incredibly responsive and helpful with local recommendations for quality restaurants during the quieter months . She ensured our stay was one of a kind .Eugenia and Dora both went above and beyond to give us peace of mind and make our vacation extra special. Dora prepared a delicious , authentic breakfast every morning , which saved us so much time and money while keeping the property tidy .The location is on the outskirts of town , about a 20 minute walk via a convenient sidewalk . Made for quiet evenings where no road noise could be heard . Grocery store just a two 2 minute walk away, as well as a brand new restaurant nearby that I highly recommend .We found that renting ATVs to explore the island was an added bonus and a great way to get around . We highly recommend this property for any family looking for a stress free getaway . Hope to return again soon !!

The best!! So friendly, so kind, delicious breakfasts! Plenty of towels including for pool, bath robes for all, plenty of shampoo and shower gel, bottled water, comfy beds, good pillows, lots of windows for good air circulation. 5 adults stayed comfortably in March. Pool chilly but that’s to be expected this time of year. Lovely view, convenient location, lots of space between the neighbors.

This villa was conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor space was resort-like with privacy. Amenities were plentiful. The property managers were extremely kind & helpful! Very nice large villa in a good location

The villa is very nice. Location is very good. About a 5 minute drive to Fira Parking lot or about a 1 1/2 mile walk. Great views to the east and the morning sunrise. Pool area is incredible. We did not use a lot as we were there in October and water was starting to get cold. Staff very helpful in checking us in and answering questions. We also enjoyed the breakfast. One thing to note is one of the bedrooms (the largest) plus small kitchen and living area is downstairs and is only accessble by its own entrance which is a good 20 second walk from the main entrance. Overall we were very happy we chose this villa

Fabulous Stay

The AV Villa was amazing. Our group of 7 enjoyed our stay. The house set up was perfect. Everyone was able to have their own space and come together for meals and drinks. Traveling young adults (19-22), this was a key issue. The pool with full ocean views was spectacular. A great way to start and end the day. Daily maid service was an unexpected plus. We have and breakfast waiting every morning. Not something we get with most home rentals. Eugenia and Konstinios were incredible. They greeted us and gave us an overview of the Villa and the whole island. They made themselves available for everything we needed. Incredibly nice people. The market was a 10 min. Leisurely walk from the Villa. The main town of Fira is a 10 min. Car ride. Rental car is a good idea but taxis were easily arranged. We hope to stay here again!
