About this property

Beach House Nicaragua with pool & outdoor kitchen / Maison de plage Nicaragua

A real beach house directly on the beach with a "Beach House Surf" style that was built in 2010 and on which year after year we have modified and added rooms to now be able to accommodate 6 people. The house is located in Playa Quisala so 1h15 from the capital Managua. A new outdoor kitchen and a bbq and a veranda upstairs have been added. We are the owners of Casa Blanca, another Beach House, right next door so ideal for entertaining 2 families in 2 beach houses side by side!

Playa Quizala is a small community located in a safe and quiet location. It is a private place with people who respect the neighborhood and the beaches in front of the house are practically deserted all day so quiet and relaxing. There are two small shops at the entrance of Quizala so 5 minutes from the house otherwise, the town of Masachapa is 15 minutes from the house and you will find restaurants, bars and shops of all kinds. We are located in a haven of peace incomparable on the planet!

Spend a vacation in Playa Quizala it is a unique experience in the world!
