Inside, Ram Sea 312 features a spacious living and dining area with cheerful beach inspired decor and comfortable furnishings. Sliding glass doors fill the living room with natural light while keeping the Gulf front scenery in view. A flat-panel cable television and DVD player provide entertainment after a day on the sand, while the adjoining dining area offers generous seating for shared meals. The recently renovated full size kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, abundant cabinetry, and breakfast bar seating. An adjacent wine bar with a wine refrigerator provides convenient beverage storage and a dedicated place for preparing sunset cocktails. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. This is a smoke-free vacation rental. Two parking spaces are provided. Saturday-only arrivals are required during peak seasons; guests may call to inquire about available exceptions. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
