Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 302 is a BRONZE rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front CORNER vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 3rd-floor Corner vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 302 offers a full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities and tub/shower combo. 302 has a Washer/Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 302 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Condo was just as expected. Really appreciated the beach towels, chairs and cooler. Amenities of building are excellent. Friendly and well kept. We would absolutely stay here again.

Condo was lovely with a great view. Still some hurricane repairs going on. The pool temporary bathroom is not as easy to get to as it could be from the pool. Also parking lot was partially tore up a few days which made the parking limited and a bit of a challenge. But over all a great stay!
