The property is thoughtfully designed with two separate units. You’ll be staying in the top two floors, which are exclusively for our Airbnb guests.

The other unit is occupied part-time by a family member who stays there occasionally. He values privacy and will always respect guests’ space.

You’ll have full access to your own private backyard and outdoor entertainment areas, allowing you to relax, dine, and unwind with complete comfort and privacy.

Make the most of your stay with our spacious patio—perfect for family meals, relaxing evenings, and taking in the beautiful panoramic views. A BBQ grill is provided for your convenience (propane refills are the guest’s responsibility).

To help us keep everything in great condition, we kindly ask that all patio furniture be stored in the master bedroom closet before check-out, especially if rain or strong winds are in the forecast. Your help in protecting the furniture is truly appreciated!

🐾 Pets Are Welcome!
We’re happy to host your furry friends—with prior approval. There is a $100 extra cleaning fee for pets to help us maintain a fresh and comfortable space for all guests.

Just a quick note: we've recently installed brand-new carpeting on the stairs and in the bedrooms, so we kindly ask that pets (and shoes!) stay out of those areas to help keep everything in great condition.

Our swimming pool is gated for your safety. Please be aware that the area around the pool may become slippery when wet or during certain weather conditions. We kindly ask that children are supervised at all times while in the backyard or pool area.



🔇 Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect
Our home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask that noise be kept to a respectful level. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We truly appreciate your help in being a thoughtful neighbor.

🎥 Smart Home Technology for Your Safety
For your peace of mind, we use Blink security cameras to monitor the home’s entrances and parking area. This helps ensure the safety of both our guests and the property.

🎉 Planning a Special Event?
We’d love to hear from you if you’re considering hosting a special gathering. Please reach out directly, as rates and guidelines for events differ from standard stays.

🚫 No Unauthorized Parties
We kindly remind you that unauthorized parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. If such activities occur, we’ll need to cancel the reservation without a refund—as we prioritize the safety and comfort of all our guests and neighbors.

🧼 Cleaning & Check-Out Help

We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us, and we believe our guests are naturally thoughtful and tidy—thank you in advance for treating our home with care!

We charge a $370 cleaning fee, which helps us thoroughly prepare the home for our next guests—especially important in a spacious property like this. Our goal is to keep things fair, transparent, and consistent for everyone.

If you're bringing a pet, there’s an additional $100 pet cleaning fee to ensure the space stays fresh and welcoming for all future guests.

To assist our cleaning team and make things a little easier, we kindly ask that you complete a few quick steps before checking out:

🗑️ Place all trash in the large plastic bags provided and leave them in the laundry room

🍽️ Load any used dishes into the dishwasher and start it

🛏️ Strip used bed linens and place them in the hampers located in the laundry room

These small gestures truly go a long way, and we appreciate your help so much!
