You are welcome to our beautiful basement apartment in Riverview.l Our place is available for travellers,tourists and couple to relax, accomodating a maximum of 3 guests.
The space ia Private basement suite with a seperate entrance which offers a living room with TV and internet as well as a sofa that pulls out to accomodate one adult or 2 kids, 1 spacious bedroom with a quen-sized bed, an equipped kitchenette with dininf area.
Also available is a full bathroom and a private washer and dryer- perfect for short getaways or longer stays. The large windows brng in natural light,crerating a calm and soothing atmosphere throughtout your stay.

We live in the main house and will do our best to asisst wih special requests during your stay when possible.

The apartment needs to be cleaner, there was no soap in the bathroom, found sheets in the closet for the fold out bed and they have stains in them. The garbage can in the kitchen was very dirty.

The accommodation was really nice, quiet and has the sense of home. Every thing in the room was clean and tidy. The unit is close to shopping, soccer fields and baseball fields. The only thing I would suggest is to have the bath towels in the bathroom for the renters to have easy access to them. Other than that I would rent again.
