Welcome to The Mandarin, your sunny retreat in Orange—the birthplace of Orange County!

Mandarins originated in India before arriving in China, where they became a symbol of good luck. Since the Qing dynasty, parents have placed mandarins beside their children`s pillows, along with red envelopes, to bring good fortune and ward off folkloric monsters.

The Mandarin is within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment, and just a 10-minute drive from Disneyland, Old Town Orange, and Angel Stadium. You`ll also be close to the beaches, John Wayne Airport, and the Irvine Spectrum.

Enjoy a luxurious king bed, Smart TV, fast WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space, and Fido even has a bed! The condo also features an in-unit washer and dryer, office nook, spacious walk-in closet, and gated parking for added convenience.

Parking – One complimentary on-site parking space is included. Details will be provided before your arrival.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo and all resort amenities.

We`re available if you need us between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM PT. The best way to reach us is through the booking platform. For urgent matters, please text the number provided in the guidebook.

The age minimum is 23 (families with kids welcome).

To make it more affordable for smaller groups, an extra guest fee of $12 per guest per night applies after 2 people.

Book early and we will provide a $25 Disney gift card (can be used at select stores/restaurants at Downtown Disney, Disneyland, and Disney online. 21 day advanced booking is required.

For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.

PETS: We are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals.

We donate 25% of pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program.
To participate, follow the wick and easy steps in the guidebook under “Pet Parents” to post a picture of you and your furry family member. The picture must be posted before check-out and make sure to tag us. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out.

The Short Term Pet discounted fee for non-shedding dogs is $25 per night per pet If your dog is on the list we will need a picture of you and your pet(s) (together) submitted prior to check-in day.
The Short Term regular Pet fee for other dogs or approved pets is $50 per night per pet.
The Long Term Pet fee (28+ nights or longer) is $150 per dog per month. For non-shedding pets on the list the monthly fee is $95 per month.

There is a refundable pet deposit if more than 2 approved pets of $500.
