This is a small renovated SEC house, north-facing, very clean and comfortable, excellent heating. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Beautiful views across the valley, and walking distance to Mt. Beauty shops and recreational facilities. Plenty of hot water for the 4 of us. Worth noting that that access could be difficult for anyone who has mobility issues, with steps and a steep, very unevenly surfaced pathway to the front door. Back access is a little better, but the driveway is a bit tricky to find and to negotiate.
