Traveled who fell in love with Tanzania and its people. I live on an acreage in southern Manitoba Canada with my husband. Retired with 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
Why they chose this property
Quiet area, a short distance off of Arusha bypass near Njiro roundabout. We are within walking distance of our Tanzanian friends home. We are in a neighborhood where dogs can be heard barking occasionally, chickens clucking and the sound of the big trucks going over the Themi River bridge.
What makes this property unique
Our property was built in 2024. Paving tiles throughout outside area. Gated and alarmed private home. Housekeeper on site in a separate residence 24/7 for welcoming and complimentary breakfast preparation.
