Studio close to all amenities (bank, pharmacy, bakery, supermarket, florist). Located on the courtyard side (quiet) on the 1st floor, access is via a steep staircase.
Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine + capsules, microwave, kettle + tea, induction hob, oven, kitchen utensils.
Washing machine, Iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
