Great location and property was very clean and well stocked kitchen. Loved the porch and listening to the ocean. Many of the outlets and lights were not working and reported it to the property management but never heard any response back during our short 2 night weekend stay.

A wonderful place. Clean & cozy & charming, great kitchen, and the location couldn't be better being so close to the pier & restaurant. I wish there were more counter space in the bathrooms (there's virtually none except in the kid's bathroom) and there could be some towel hooks & such, but that's a small gripe about an otherwise wonderful place.

We had a great time at this perfect WVB house. The location is within walking distance of food, coffee, shopping. We did rent a golf cart to venture farther, but didn't have to move a car all week. The place was spotlessly clean and well appointed to get started. The outdoor shower is huge and well enclosed. Being able to walk off the back porch to the beach was wonderful. We had a couple minor things to talk with Bryant Realty about and they were very responsive helpful hosts. The whole family wants to return again soon.

The house was funky and cool and we loved it. Our only complaint is that the smoke alarm was crazy. The the first two days, it went off any time that we used the shower. Then it went off in the middle of the night for no reason. I have PTSD and it was very hard on my nervous system.
