Welcome to Silver Palms, a brand new (July 2025) home just over the dune from pink-sand Poponi Beach, one of the top beaches on the island. Silver Palms is located in the premier location on Eleuthera, The Banks Road of Governors Harbour, and is a short walk down the beach to La Bougainvillea's excellent restaurant and bar. Located on a quiet side street, Silver Palms is set in a grove of the trees that gave it its name.

Enter Silver Palms into the great room, with its modern fully equipped kitchen finished in quartz and stainless steel. The sunny dining area has seating for up to eight. The living area is furnished with a leather sectional sofa and a 65-inch flat screen TV.

Silver Palms has two bedrooms and two baths. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and has a full en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a twin XL-over-queen bunk bed and is right next to the second full bath, which is accessed from the hallway.

Step outside and enjoy the broad wrap-around veranda with areas for sunning and shaded areas for lounging.

Amenities at Silver Palms include Starlink super-fast WIFI, AC throughout, ceiling fans, and a kayak, and a new back-up generator.

Silver Palms is a 2 minute walk over the dune path to world-class Poponi Beach. La Bougainvillea Boutique Resort, with its excellent restaurant and bar, is a short walk down the beach. Tippy's famous beachfront restaurant and bar is a 3-minute drive. Governors Harbour, the main town on Eleuthera, is an 8-minute drive. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. You can buy fresh fish and lobster in the afternoon from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street. You won't want to miss it.
