Designed for easy coastal living, this thoughtfully styled home blends modern comfort with relaxed interiors across two spacious levels. Soft natural light, warm timber finishes and open-plan spaces create an inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

Downstairs, the living area offers a long comfortable sofa, a 55-inch TV and sliding glass doors connecting the indoors to the backyard. Adjacent to the lounge, the dining area centres around a six-seater table suited to shared meals, slow breakfasts or evenings spent over games. The fully equipped kitchen makes preparations effortless, featuring a gas stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and generous bench space.

Outside, the covered patio extends the living space with an outdoor dining setting overlooking the private garden, creating an easy spot to enjoy the fresh coastal air. Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed, built-in robe, soft bedside lighting and a TV, while the ensuite features a walk-in shower and modern vanity. Two additional bedrooms each include queen beds, built-in robes and TVs, offering a comfortable retreat for families, friends or colleagues travelling together. The central bathroom includes both a bathtub and walk-in shower, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

Additional conveniences include a laundry with a washer/dryer combo and a third toilet, iron and drying rack, Wi‑Fi throughout, air conditioning and parking for one small vehicle in the garage, plus an additional space in front.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
