You’ll have a lovely living area with a lounge area featuring a sofa bed (140x190), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and an outdoor utility area, a shared swimming pool and a terrace where you can enjoy sunny afternoons!

The ground-floor accommodation is laid out as follows:
Living area:
- A bright living room with a seating area featuring a sofa, a coffee table and a TV, as well as direct access to the garden via a floor-to-ceiling window. Reversible air conditioning in the living room.
- A kitchen opening onto the living room, featuring a raised table with seating for two and fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine...
Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed and fitted wardrobes.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washbasin, storage space, a hairdryer and toiletries (shampoo and/or shower gel).
- Separate toilet.
Outdoor areas:
- A utility room with a clothes horse, a washing machine and ironing facilities.
- A fully enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbours, facing south-east, set within a charming park full of flowers and ancient oak trees.
- A wooden terrace with a table, chairs, a parasol, sun loungers and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying a meal in pleasant surroundings, overlooking the swimming pool.
- A swimming pool (4x8m, depth 1.25m) protected by a cover, which helps maintain a pleasant water temperature from May to October. Use of the swimming pool is subject to favourable weather conditions. It may be shared with the owners, who will, however, give you priority and use it in your absence.

The cottage is ideally situated a few kilometres from Carpentras, heading towards the northern slopes of Mont Ventoux, in the countryside. An ideal location for cyclists! It is accessed via a lovely private lane through woodland from the Route de Caromb (D27). You’ll find all the necessary amenities in Carpentras: bakeries, butchers, mini-markets, shops, restaurants, bars, markets…
Activities:
Carpentras is situated in the heart of the Vaucluse, at the foot of Mont Ventoux. A Papal territory from 1229 to 1791, it delights visitors with its smart ochre-coloured façades, cool narrow streets and fountains… It’s a favourite holiday destination for anyone wishing to savour the Comtadin way of life!
Discover the ‘Berlingot’ walking tour – named after the town’s famous sweet speciality – which takes you past Carpentras’ must-see attractions: France’s oldest synagogue, the Hôtel-Dieu, and the former Episcopal Palace…
Then pop into Carpentras market: recognised as an ‘exceptional market’ for its atmosphere and the quality of its produce, set against a kaleidoscope of colours and floral and fruity scents. From late November to early March, discover the cosy atmosphere of the truffle market, which sets the standard for the whole region. Finally, make the most of the wide range of activities on offer: horse racing, aerial sports, a skate park, tennis courts, BMX, a water sports centre…
