We absolutely loved our stay ! The location was the perfect z& very easy to walk to the beach,restaurants & shopping ! The 3 bedrooms /living room was clean & comfortable! We will be back !

I give the location of this property a 10! Short walk to the beach, a small convenience market right across the street, a superstore Walgreens a few blocks away, Starbucks, breakfast, beach so close. We could walk to go out at night. Comfortable beds. Not enough storage space in the bedrooms for 2 people. One of us had to put her stuff in the living room credenza. No dressers. The bathrooms awful, like a Motel 6. One hook for a towel, no shelves in the shower, floor concrete with chipped paint. The living room sofa tiny and so stained, kind of gross. The building is older, like most in the area. It is not luxe by any stretch. A weird thing was that 2 of the bedrooms had doors, right at the street level as this was a first floor unit. Kind of creepy. We loved the location, and thought the rooftop pool was cool.

If you’re just interested in going to beach & taking in Ocean Dr, not a bad option price-wise. A few negatives—some TV remotes didn’t work, not all burners on stove worked. Beds uncomfortable. Loud HVAC ceiling vent in hallway.
