The host was extremely accommodating and the location of the condo was perfect. It was a very clean and comfortable place to relax after our rounds of golf

My stay was very comfortable and quiet. Although an older property, it was clean and located in a beautiful community overlooking the golf course. If you're looking for a place close Disney you can't go wrong with property.

Not a clean condo. Silverware and utensils are from 1940. No dish towels. No patio furniture so was not enjoyable. Close to a very loud busy road and you will hear traffic all day and night. Person above us had a dog and barked constantly. Had issues with smoke detectors beeping, headboard basically falling off frame and patio screen doors shaking and falling off track. Contacted host and he was apologetic but nothing was done. Also no information on WiFi or security had to call host. Was very disappointed in our stay.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We take great pride in our condo and want every guest to have a comfortable experience. We always encourage guests to report any concerns as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to address them promptly. Our utensils are fully functional and were selected to complement the design of the space, and the smoke detector was properly installed before the stay. We were not made aware of the bed concern upon arrival, and the photo was provided later in the stay. Our condo is located in Reunion, a generally peaceful resort community, and no pets are kept in the unit. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to provide a welcoming experience for future guests.

The host responded right away. My husband was sick and I no longer needed to stay. When I couldn’t secure even a partial refund I went over to see it. Maybe use it one night. The curtains were torn bad in multiple places. Screens had holes in them. No nobs on part of stove. Towels were folded and wet(not damp) Safety issue was the fire extinguisher was 4 years out of date. They brought over dry towels and new extinguisher on the last night. I didn’t use the facility. Nor would I be able to get cleaning fees or damage deposit back. I really thought I should get back at least the cleaning and damage deposit. Thank you

We’re sorry to hear your trip didn’t go as planned and hope your husband is feeling better. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:- We responded quickly to your concerns and had our cleaning partner deliver dry towels and confirm the fire extinguisher was present in the unit.- The fire inspection was completed on January 14, 2026, and the extinguisher was in place and accessible before that date.- Refunds are handled directly by Evolve, and we encouraged you to reach out to them with your request.Thank you for leaving your review.
