Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Place had a lot of defects: especially that bedroom was on top floor (of 3) and bathrooms were on bottom floor. Narrow, twisting staircases connected the floors without adequate lighting. People with mobility issues would have a problem. We couldn't stay on top floor and risk those stairs in middle of night. So we had to sleep on uncomfortable couches. Some broken tiles on bathroom floor. No hand soap provided - we had to buy our own. We tried to find another hotel but town was full on a nice weekend. Kitchen was well stocked and useful, though.

Communication optimale, l'appartement est idéalement placé, en plein centre de la vieille ville d'Annecy, et correspond complètement à la description, superbe séjour.

belle expérience

Très bel appartement triplex, bien agencé et décoré. Sa situation, niché au cœur d'Annecy le Vieux est un de ses meilleurs atouts, tous les sites majeurs étant à proximité, sans oublier les commerces, des artisans locaux au monoprix très pratique et abordable. Seul bémol il manque une vraie clim, quand il fait plus de 30° c'est un peu compliqué.

Logement spacieux et très propre

Bonjour, Je vous remercie pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité. Je suis très contente de cette appartement (propre, spacieux, lumineux avec une vue sur la château !). Le seul point que j'ajouterai c'est la chaleur dans l'appartement. Il est difficile de le rafraichir et de dormir au 3ème étage quand il fait plus de 30° dans la journée. Mais je conviens que cette contrainte est difficile à gérer.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement agréable au calme tout en étant en plein coeur de la vieille ville. L'appartement est très lumineux et bien équipé !
