Located on the 1st floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area :
- A beautiful, bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV as well as a dining area with a dining table for up to 6 guests.
- A modern kitchen opening onto the living room, fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc.
- A 6 m² loggia accessible from the living room, furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy a meal overlooking the marina!

Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 160 x 190 cm. Loggia with two armchairs, view of the bocage and the dunes.
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above (sleeps 3). Ideal for children.
- Shower room with shower, washbasin, storage space, drying rack and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.
- Cot and high chair available on site.

This flat has a magnificent view of the marina on one side and the bocage and dunes on the other. It is located in a quiet, pleasant residence with a caretaker, and is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, markets and all amenities: bakery, butcher's, shops, mini-markets, restaurants, etc.
