Rangitahi paradise. A modern 4 bedroom home overlooking the estuary in Raglan.
Let us share our dream with you! Our home has recently been completed and offers stylish and open plan living with water access 30m away. Watch the children paddle board and swim whilst you relax on our large deck overlooking the peaceful estuary at Rangitahi. A walking track in front of the house meanders through the development and passes The Hut cafe 100m up the road. The laid back vibe of Raglan town is a short 20 minute walk away which is filled with trendy shops, cafes and restaurants. The surf beaches are a short 5 minute drive and the playground and skate park are a 15 minute walk from the house towards town. Rangitahi has a tennis court for public use and a 1/2 basketball court. Along with the walking tracks of Mount Karioi, those seeking adventure will not be short of things to do. We have two paddle boards, a surfboard and kayak free to use.
