Escape to The Catlins and enjoy a relaxing stay in our cozy 3-bedroom house on the peaceful edge of Owaka. With stunning rural views across green farmland, our home offers the perfect base to explore one of New Zealand’s most beautiful and untouched regions.

Note: Our home comes with two friendly cats – Elton (a bit shy) and Penguin (loves attention!). They come and go as they please, and you can keep them out of living spaces by closing the kitchen door if preferred.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time: Please leave by 10:30 AM to allow us to prepare the house for the next guests.
Keys: Leave the keys in the lockbox.
Wash used dishes or load the dishwasher
Wipe down surfaces and dining table
Take out any trash to the bins provided
Extra items: Return any furniture moved during your stay to its original position
Lights & heating: Turn off all lights, heaters, and appliances (except fridge).
Windows & doors: Close all windows and lock doors before leaving.
