Stylish duplex with a breathtaking view over the Ionian Sea

This romantic duplex is in a quiet location on a small, wooded hill with a breathtaking view over the Ionian Sea and one of the most beautiful sunsets in Greece.

Ground floor:
- Cozy living room with fireplace, satellite TV and WiFi

- On the back there is another garden with an open grill, a large marble table with plenty of chairs and a large umbrella, also with privacy screen for privacy
 
1st floor:
- 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms (one with an extra bed chair from Ikea), both with air conditioning / AC and with insect screen
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- 2 terraces: Terrace 1 is west-facing with a panoramic view of the Ionian Sea and the islands of Corfu, Paxos & Antipaxos including 2 high-quality sun loungers with a table and a pergola as a privacy screen to the neighbor; Terrace 2 is on the east side of the wooded hill and the quiet back garden, also with a table and two rocking chairs.

There is also a broadband internet connection (WiFi, 5 MBit), a 46"TV with SAT (Astra: German, Austrian and international channels), Amazon Fire TV (Netflix, Amazon TV) and DIGEA (Greek. Channels), a Blue-Ray / DVD player, a hi-fi system incl. USB and 3.5mm jack connection (e.g. for iPod, iPhone, etc.). There is public parking either directly in front of the property or approx. 20 meters in front.
 
Final cleaning is included in the price. In addition to cleaning, towels and bed linen are renewed. We are happy to provide beach towels on request.

If you are traveling with small children please inform us in advance. We would be happy to provide you with a baby cot, high chair, stair protection, toys etc. to disposal.

The sandy beach is only 100 meters above stairs or a street (hillside). It is approx. 3 km long and is ideal for jogging, swimming and also for small children because the water is very shallow. In addition to a clean & warm sea, the beach also offers enough infrastructure: free loungers (consumption required), cafes, restaurants & taverns, small supermarkets, bakeries, water sports & boat rentals, etc.
At the same time there are also many quiet, remote places where you can find your peace. For those interested in culture, there are several places to visit within a 30km radius. Excursions to the neighboring towns are no problem and can be reached by car within 30 minutes. A visit to the picturesque village of Parga and the small port town of Preveza is particularly recommended.

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., check-out is at 10:00 a.m. If it is possible due to the booking situation, we are also happy to be flexible with the times.

Stunning views and everything you could possibly need incl a garden, air con and hotel quality beds

We've really fallen in love with Loutsa Beach - a quiet resort where the Greeks holiday. Super friendly and relaxed with amazing views and warm seas.

A great place to relax.

This terraced house is close to a sandy beach with fabulous views of the sea from its big balconies. There are plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance and a couple of small supermarkets for basic shopping. The kitchen came supplied with everything necessary for self-catering and the owner had generously provided a free welcome basket which included a nice bottle of wine. He was also very helpful and provided quick answers to any questions we had. Loutsa Beach is well placed for trips out if you get tired of the beach. In high season I suspect it would a busy place, but at this time of year it was a quiet resort and we found it a good place to relax. From the balcony all we could hear was the sound of the sea and we enjoyed watching the lovely sunsets.

Ideal beach holiday

The maisonette is well-placed above the properties below and overlooking the beach. There are several nearby tavernas and cafes offering a wide variety of food and cocktails. We went at the end of the season when it was possible to choose either the natural or the organised part of the sands. In the organised part, there were umbrellas and chairs for hire for the price of a drink from the nearby cafe. Prices are very reasonable and despite the economic instability, there was no problem with money or petrol. The house is well-equipped and well-organised. It is brightly decorated in pastel shades and feels relaxing with the sound of the waves as a backdrop. There are several lovely places to sit, both inside and outside, back and front so that sun or shade is available all day long. We found the shower rooms rather small but there are two of them! And a note for the older traveller: there are about 100 steps from the waterfront to the front door!! Loutsa Beach is a good place to stay in order to relax or in order to see the area of Epirus which is beautiful, being wooded with picturesque villages and lovely mountains, as well as good beaches. This is a pretty house with well-thought out facilities for the holiday-maker. We would stay here again.

Perfekt eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick! Wir waren im Juli 2025 als Familie in Loutsa und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus liegt am Hang, so dass man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer hat und jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnte. Es ist mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man braucht, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Direkt am Strand ist eine nette Bar, der Bäcker und ein paar Tavernen sind zu Fuß erreichbar, wobei die Tavernen, die uns gut gefallen haben, eher etwas weiter entfernt an der langen Strandpromenade lagen. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, da es in der Umgebung viele schöne Strände, Buchten und Orte gibt, die man sonst nicht erreichen kann. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Unseres 10 Tage vor Ort waren super, Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön und der Strand mit einer tollen Bar ist in 5 min über eine Treppe erreichbar. Die Liegen am Strand gehören zu den Bars und kosten nichts extra. Also einfach ein Kaffee am Strand trinken und den ganzen Tag auf der Liege am tollen Sandstrand chillen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts auch genügende vor Ort. Ein abendlicher Spaziergang an der Promenade ist auch zu empfehlen. Toller Sonnenuntergang (seitlich) je nach Jahreszeit, Alles im Allem, sehr empfehlenswert.

Komfortabeles Ferienhaus

Unser Aufenthalt war Ende März bis Mitte April. Das Ferienhaus hatte allen Komfort und über die gesamten 3 Wochen hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Bäder sind klein, aber so durchdacht gestaltet, dass genügend Abstellfläche und Aufhänger vorhanden sind. Alle elektrischen Geräte des Hauses funktionieren einwandfrei und die Einrichtung ist voll gemütlich. Ein Auto ist erforderlich, insbesondere in der Vorsaison. Im Umkreis von 35km gibt es jede Menge Sehenswertes. In einer Stunde ist man am Fährhafen und kann nach Korfu übersetzen. Insgesamt ein äußerst empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt in der Gegend mit einem perfekten Ferienhaus. Danke dafür.

Sehr schön - letze Oktoberwoche

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub - die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit schönen Details, wir hatten einen tollen Meerblick und die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Bei Sonne und 23 Grad Lufttemperatur konnten wir sowohl baden als auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung genießen.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit tollem Meerblick, sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Ferienwohnung ist insgesamt mehr als umfassend ausgestattet, Meerblick mit Sonnenuntergang von Balkon mit Liegen und Terrasse aus, 1 Balkon und kleiner Garten mit Zitrusbäumen u. Grill Bergblick. Sehr, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ohne Auto sollte man gut zu Fuss sein wg. Hanglage. Toller Strand 3 km

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub vom ersten Tag an sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war bereits im Vorfeld sehr freunlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Wir vermissen jetzt schon die traumhaften Sonnenuntergänge und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem gut ausgestatteten, sauberem und ruhig gelegenem Haus sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war herausragend. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder. Der Weg zum Meer dauert keine 3 min. Bäcker, kleine Supermärkte sowie viele Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Herbsturlaub in Loutsa

Der Urlaub in Loutsa war wunderschön. Zwar waren einige Restaurants und Bars bereits geschlossen, aber das war ja zu erwarten so spät im Herbst. Auf der anderen Seite hatten wir den Strand nahezu für uns alleine, bei gutem Wetter und klarem Wasser mit immer noch 24 Grad. Die Wohnung hingegen war noch besser als erwartet. 2 Balkone und 2 Terrassen sowie einem kleinen Garten lassen keine Wünsche übrig. 2 Bäder mit 2 Duschen sind auch praktisch. Matratze und Bett waren super, das Meeresrauschen beim Einschlafen und Aufwachen war einfach nur herrlich. Anfangs gab es ein Problem mit dem Internet, aber Georg hat sich sofort darum gekümmert und danach war alles bestens. Ohnehin war er ein sehr guter Gastgeber, hat sich vorab gemeldet, hat stets sofort geantwortet, die Informationen im Haus beantworten eigentlich alle Fragen und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit Unterkunft und Gastgeber. Ein toller Urlaub, eine tolle Wohnung und netter Gastgeber. Was will man mehr? (Höchstens den Urlaub verlängern)

Ein Kleinod

Wir waren in der Vorsaison im Mai 2023 dort und es war traumhaft! Der Strand ist sauber, das Wasser türkis klar und es macht Spass zu schwimmen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und denken über ein Wiederkommen ernsthaft nach. Fragen wurden umgehend geklärt und ich hatte das Gefühl, immer ein offenes Ohr zu finden. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man hat alles gefunden, was es für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Vielen Dank!

Ruhe und Sonne am Meer

Wir wurden von unserem Gastgeber Georg per Email sehr nett betreut und hatten im April eine erholsame Zeit am Meer, bevor die Saison Mitte Mai richtig startet. Viele Bars und Cafés hatten noch geschlossen und wir hatten die Strände fast für uns allein. Im Haus war es trotz Sonne noch etwas kühl, aber am Morgen schien die Sonne im Gärtchen hinter dem Haus wunderbar warm und abends konnte man sich bis zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer vor dem Haus wärmen lassen. Das Haus ist haushaltstechnisch komplett ausgestattet und mit Klimageräten heizbar, die Schlafzimmer sind wunderbar hell und gemütlich. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Brilliant property, with great views

Brilliant property, with great views, it has absolutely everything you need. Excellent quiet location on a great beach. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. We visited Parga, Sivota, Acheron Springs, Amvrakikos wetlands and Meteora during our stay.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben zu zweit im Ferienhaus Urlaub gemacht und uns vom erstem Moment an dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist ein mit viel Herz und Geschmack aber auch Sinn fürs Praktische ausgestattetes Feriendomizil. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Einrichtung ist in neuwertigem und sehr gepflegten, sauberen Zustannd. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern und der Empfang waren aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.
