The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
During the winter months, make sure to leave the thermostat at 16 degrees Celsius in all the rooms
Makes sure that all the doors are closed an locked
The kayaks and the pedal boat should be returned to their place and locked. Keys, paddles and safety jackets are to be returned inside the house as they were upon arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours: 10pm to 10am No smoking/vaping, no loud noise or music, bring your own wood for the fireplace, please report damages immediately.
Do not rearrange our furniture, bring your own towels for the beach. Using your own boats/paddleboards/inflatables in the lake is prohibited.
When you check out, pleae throw carbage large carbage containers that are located at the entrance of the domain (near the parking lot)
