Please see all our 5 STAR REVIEWS ON AIRBNB LISTING. Platinum Apartments !! The perfect 2 bed room, 2 bathroom, 1 onsite secured covered free Carpark. The apartment sleeps 6 people comfortably (queen sized) Platinum Apartments is located right opposite Crown Entertainment Centre.
Southbank boasts of some of the best restaurants and shops, including a mere five minutes' walk to South Melbourne Market which hosts food from every country in the world - breakfast lunch dinner. Platinum Apartments is also walking distance to Yarrra River and is located right in the heart of Melbourne!
I am also flexible to adjust prices to help you have an amazing stay!
(Please note, the swimming pool and Gym require an induction on Tuesday evenings prior to usage) Woolworths Supermarket right on the ground floor within same building, just use the elevator to go down and shop ! The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
When checking out, you will need the garage REMOTE to exit the Carpark. Once you exit, enter the room again, keep the keys on the table, flick the latch from inside, make sure the door is locked.
If the smoke alarm goes off while cooking, NEVER OPEN THE APARTMENT DOOR, only open WINDOWS unless it’s a fire. FALSE ALARMS incur a cost of $3,000 by the Fire Department & Building Management.
The swimming pool, gym & sauna require an induction on Tuesday evenings prior to usage as per Building Management. Lost keys cost $175 for garage key, $50 for FOB/keys.
NO parties as per house rules
