This is a new legal basement apartment with 2 beds and 1 bath and a separate private entrance. This suite has all appliances, furniture, a separate heating system, and in-suite laundry for guests. The kitchen has everything you need, including pots, pans, utensils and accessories.

This is a detached home, and we share our legal basement suite with our guests. As a family of four with two little ones, we make sure that your stay is comfortable. As our kids are young, please expect some noise from them.

This home is located in one of the high-end new areas of Rockland Park. Only a couple of hundred meters away from the Bow River. The area is located on top of a hill, surrounded by walking paths and natural beauty.

Do not smoke near or close to any entrance. No loud noise or music is allowed.

Access to the backyard is not allowed.

Gathering in front of the house or on the concrete path is strictly prohibited.

For a long stay, it’s nice to have a kitchen to make breakfast/lunches/dinners so you’re not eating out every single day for all your meals. The proximity to the highway was great, when we were doing day trips. The beds are very very soft— a bit too soft, personally, so keep that in mind if you’re used to a firmer mattress. The laundry on site is also very useful. We didn’t have to pack as much clothing as we could do a load of wash mid-stay. The neighborhood is beautiful — there’s a park nearby for kids also. Street parking was never an issue. There is a great Farmers Market about 7 minutes away and the Canada Olympic Ski hill is close as well—we didn’t the downhill karting while we were there. Thoughts—the towels never dried from the shower, so I would have to put them in the dryer. And there are only 2 frying pans for cooking. These weren’t big things by any means and easily navigable. A fantastic stay, and attentive host.
