We are pleased to invite you to discover this haven of peace ideally located;
The spacious cottage for 2-4 people was created in an old building on the edge of Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis, a typical village on the heights of the Cèze valley, near the Ardèche. The Provençal style has been preserved. The rooms are bright and the volumes under the slopes are pleasant.
Total area of 60m2:
- a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a balcony,
- a bedroom independent of the living room with a queen-size bed (160 cm).
The accommodation, thanks to its massive stone walls, has enough thermal inertia to remain pleasant throughout the day.
Guests can enjoy a gas or charcoal barbecue area.
The 1700m2 property includes 2 other cottages as well as our accommodation. They are all arranged in such a way as to preserve the privacy of everyone.
The 4x9m swimming pool, shared, is set back from the accommodation. It offers you a beautiful unobstructed view of the Cèze valley and will allow you to cool off at any time after your sightseeing walks.

• From your pied-à-terre, ideally located in the Cèze valley, you can access 1 km from the place called Courau and its swimming beaches, its canoe/kayak rental and its very popular guinguette as well as the many hiking and mountain biking trails. Less than 5 minutes by car, is the village of Gourdagues nicknamed "The little Venice of the Gard" with its bars and restaurants on the banks of its bucolic canals.
• To see in the surrounding area, 4 villages classified among "The most beautiful villages in France®":
Montclus (5'), La Roque-Sur-Cèze with its magnificent Sautadet waterfalls (10'), Aiguèze (20') and its cliffs overlooking the Ardèche or Lussan (25'), a village perched within its ramparts, offering a 360° view of the scrubland, the lavender fields, the hills of the Cevennes foothills and even Mont Ventoux.
• The gateway to the Ardèche opens quickly to you to the north:
With Barjac (15'), its summer markets and its famous antique dealers' fair, and the fabulous space of Anselm Kiefer's Ribaute.

The cave of La Forestière (<15', visitable sans réservation ni pass sanitaire, photos autorisées) et l'aven d'Orgnac (Grand site de France, à 15') ;

The famous Chauvet cave and its prehistoric paintings (50', near Vallon-Pont-d'Arc).

- The Pont du Gard, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its museum and sound and light shows (1 hour away);
