Studio was exactly what was stated in Expedia, very clean. John is such a lovely host, always helpful and accommodating. Traveled with a family and they loved how it was just a (50 cents) bus ride or few minutes walk to Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre.

Near many bus stops that are 15 minutes from many shops in either direction. Not too many other activities nearby without public transportation or driving about 30 minutes.

Was not what I expected from the photos. The front of the building was very run down. The host was good but things just didn’t work. TV was hit and miss, tepid water for first morning shower, you can only do washing between certain hours (machine power is switched off remotely). I booked a room with two queen beds thinking one would be like the advertised photo. But no, it was a bed up against a wall and we had to climb over each other to get in and out. We’re an elderly couple. The second queen bed was a trundle bed. We left a day early and given a refund.

This review is completely false and misleading. Firstly, the guest used a photo of the neighbor's fence side and falsely presented it as part of our accommodation. Secondly, all details about the property are clearly stated in the listing, and guests are expected to read the description before making a booking. The listing clearly states that one of the beds is a trundle bed. It is therefore unreasonable to complain about the bedding arrangements, especially when the couple had a full-size queen bed. An additional sofa bed was also available if needed. Regarding the hot water, the guest sent me a text message the following morning saying that the hot water was "nice." However, they later complained about the hot water in their public review, which is inconsistent with what they told me during their stay. The shower hot water temperature is set to 37°C in accordance with safety regulations to help prevent scalding, particularly for children and other vulnerable guests. During their stay, I personally showed the guest the temperature display, which clearly read 37°C. It appeared that the guest was travelling for a housekeeper job and was looking for a reason to check out early. Their review does not reflect the positive feedback they gave during their stay and is unfair to future guests and hosts.
