3. Let the host know if there are going to be more than 4 people in the house. Max should not exceed 6 people. 4. Report any damages and/or breakages in a timely manner or at the time of occurrence
5. Absolutely no illegal substances are allowed on the property. 6. Any and all injuries must be communicated with the host at the time of occurrence

Reasonably priced basement suite, quiet, good parking, comfortable bed. In an a newly developed area, so lots of construction ongoing around (not good for walking, but short drive to grocery store) Kitchen has some supplies to cook. Good value. A coffee/tea station would be a nice addition.

Amazing property. Very clean and host was amazing to chat with including quick response times. Highly recommend staying here. Kitchen wasn’t stocked the best for cooking/appliances/tools but as stated above the host was very quick with responses and understanding so I’m sure with better communication they would help out! We just weren’t needing anything extra with our stay! There is quite a bit of noise from upstairs but this is a basement suite so that’s to be completely expected and was never too much to handle or at early or late times.
