You couldn’t ask for a better location! Just a 1-minute walk to Vincentia Shopping Village, you'll have easy access to a Coles supermarket and a variety of eateries.

Plus, Collingwood Beach and the scenic walking/cycle track are only 3 minutes away, ensuring you can effortlessly explore the beautiful surroundings.

Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds and this property also provides linen. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats.

Garage not included. Off street parking available.

Please note Excellent by the Bay is for the purpose of family holidays or a relaxing getaway. It is NOT for use as "party venues", Offensive, loud or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and such behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.

Great location, everything was easy. Bigger than it looks in photos. Nice to have 2 separate living areas so teenagers could have their own space.

House was well located and main living and deck were clean. Communication with host great.Bowls, cutlery and pots dirty.Downstairs bathroom missed in the clean prior to us, rubbish in the bin and urine and pubic hair sround toilet bowl.Upstairs shower needs a good upgrade, very mouldy and grimy.Was a comfortable enough stay.
